Orders received by 12pm are dispatched the same business day and orders received after 12pm will dispatch the following business day. All orders are shipped free of charge, with Australia Post standard shipping.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not fully satisfied with your renewed device within the first 30 days of purchase, please lodge a return request here to receive Return Authorisation along with return shipping instructions.
Once the device is returned and inspected, we’ll facilitate an exchange or refund. Kindly note that if the return is based on our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, then postage is paid by you, the buyer.
Warranty:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, provided the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our Green Gadgets renewed devices are supported by a Green Gadgets warranty against defects. Our renewed devices have a 12-month warranty. Once the device is received and inspected, we will facilitate a repair, refund, or replacement at our option, without cost to you.
Kindly note the following for both the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and the Warranty:

Shipping Responsibility: Green Gadgets is not responsible for items until they reach our warehouse, so we recommend using tracking and/or insurance for return shipments.

Account-Locked Devices: Devices that are Apple iCloud or Google locked cannot be accepted. We will notify you if the device is locked. If it remains locked after five business days, it will be returned to you.

Device Preparation: Ensure your device is factory reset, powered off, and the IMEI matches the original one shipped. Returns with mismatched IMEIs will not be accepted.

Exclusions: The warranty and the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee do not cover devices with cracked screens and/or cameras, water damage, tampered software, product misuse, and unauthorised repairs (i.e., repairs conducted by technicians or service providers who are not certified by the device manufacturer and do not align with the manufacturer’s repair standards).
