The eight Harry Potter films constitute the largest film franchise of all time, with a total worldwide revenue of more than $7 billion. In the top 20 most important films in the world, six of them are Harry Potter films. (2012 figures).

The music for this saga featured the work of the most recognized film composers, including John Williams (who received Academy Award nominations for two films in the series), Patrick Doyle, Nicholas Hooper and Alexandre Desplat.

This unique quadruple album, comprising 33 tracks from new recordings by the Prague Philharmonic, brings together music from all eight films for the very first time.
