Red alert: Taylor Swift is bringing the Eras tour to Oz

Overnight, Taylor Swift's team confirmed the news Swifties have been hoping for since the first images of the Eras tour hit the 'net: Swift will be bringing the enormous production Down Under.
The tour exists in celebration of all of the artist's various epochs, culminating with her most recent, Midnights (our review of which you can read here). Midnights was Swift's 10th #1 album in Australia; it had the biggest vinyl sales debut in the country EVER, it's currently sitting at two times Platinum, and it made her the first artist to simultaneously hold a #1 ARIA album, #1 ARIA single and #1 on Australian airplay. Pop that in your drum and bang it! The Eras tour is slated to hit our shores in February 2024, and any Swifties not currently residing in Melbourne or Sydney better start looking at flights because, unfortunately, it's only those two capital cities getting a look-in.
