WWE 2K24 is slamming in soon

The fine folk at 2K have announced the latest in their wrestling series, ‘WWE 2K24’, and it’s set to bring us 40 years of WrestleMania history.
Cody “The American Nightmare” Rhodes dons the cover this time out, and current stars such as Bianca Belair, John Cena, Rhea Ripley, and Roman Reigns will also feature.
The game will also introduce a new 2K Showcase mode focusing on the immortals, including the likes of Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, Shawn Michaels, and Undertaker. We’ll be able to replay iconic moments from throughout WrestleMania history, with seamless morphing between gameplay and live-action footage.
In other news, we’re promised new match types, as well as improvements upon existing ones. In all there’ll be four new match challenges in ‘Special Guest Referee’, ‘Ambulance Match’, ‘Casket Match’, and ‘Gauntlet Match’.
Multiplayer fans will dig four-player support in Backstage Brawl - complete with new environmental elements including a working elevator, breakable control room glass, and a vending machine with throwable sodas - and the classic Royal Rumble will now bring support for eight online players in 30-Superstar online matches.
When you add features such as management sim MyGM, team-building mode MyFACTION, career mode MyRISE, and the Universe sandbox, there’s a whole lot of wrestling action ahead for fans.
