Sony’s boffins have taken to their super-popular WFC700N earbuds and made a raft of improvements with the new model WFC710N.

What ‘s better about them? For starters they now feature dual-sensor noise cancelling – each bud has both internal and external microphones to capture and cancel more ambient sound, along with a sensor that pauses whatever you’re listening to when the buds are removed from your ears.

That’s not the only sensor at work, though. Tap and tap-and-hold touch functions provide music, call, and volume control – plus you can customise the settings in Sony’s Sound Connect app.
