For rural areas or locations outside the regular carrier routes, please allow an additional 72 hours (3 business days). Please be aware that shipping to WA, NT, and TAS may experience delays, so additional time may be required. If you receive a damaged item, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to comply with freight insurance requirements.
