We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours or 2 business days. Delivery times to most capital cities and regional areas typically range from 3 to 4 business days. For rural areas or locations outside the regular carrier routes, please allow an additional 72 hours (3 business days). Please be aware that shipping to WA, NT, and TAS may experience delays, so additional time may be required. If you receive a damaged item, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to comply with freight insurance requirements. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims for damaged items if the freight company is not notified within this timeframe.
